Exchange Policy

Product Accuracy & Quality Checks

  • All products undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to help you make informed choices.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Color & Fabric Variations: We do not accept exchange requests due to slight color differences or texture variations.

Exchange Process

  1. Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at support@houseofmandakini.com or through our website.
  2. Processing Fee: A fee of ₹300 per product applies for exchanges. Payment confirmation must be shared via email.
  3. Direct Shipping (Optional): Customers can also ship the product back themselves. Shipping details must be shared with us.
  4. Reverse Pickup: Once the processing fee is received, we will arrange for reverse pickup.
  5. Inspection & Dispatch: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
  6. Exchange Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed. 

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Prepaid & COD Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation Request: Email us at support@houseofmandakini.com with your order details.

House of Mandakini Cancellations

  • We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or fraudulent activity.
  • For canceled prepaid orders, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges

  • A 2-3% cancellation fee applies to prepaid order cancellations due to payment gateway charges.

Refund Policy

  • No Returns or Refunds: Once products are sold and delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are non-returnable.
  • All approved exchange and replacement will be completed with 15 business working days from the date of approval.
