Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India): Enjoy FREE SHIPPING across India for all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees apply based on order weight and destination. Charges will be displayed at checkout.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

  • Import duties, customs charges, and taxes vary by country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
  • Orders cannot be returned or canceled due to unpaid customs duties.

Shipping Timelines

  • All outfits are handcrafted, requiring 15-20 working days for delivery (both domestic and international).
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take an additional 10-15 days. Customers will be notified in case of delays.

Order Tracking & Delivery Process

  • Once your order is processed, it undergoes quality checks and secure packaging.
  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment’s status.
  • We ship worldwide to 220+ destinations through trusted courier partners.

Receiving Your Order – Guidelines

  • Please record an unboxing video and take timestamped photos within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage.
  • If the package is damaged or opened upon arrival, do not accept delivery and report the issue with images and video via email for prompt resolution.

Order Cancellations

  • Prepaid & COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.
