• We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, but slight variations in color and fabric may occur.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change.
• We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, eWallets, and COD (for domestic orders up to ₹10,000).
• International customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 15-20 working days (subject to delays in peak seasons).
• International orders may take longer, and customs clearance is the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations, Exchanges & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed, subject to ₹300 processing fees.
• No returns or refunds once a product is sold and delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, text, and product designs, are the property of House of Mandakini. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

House of Mandakini is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website use, including delays in delivery.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
